    Default Ad Revenue Share

I am looking at doing an ad revenue sharing program and am wondering if anybody knows how many page views a month your site has to have to share revenue? I have read the TOS and cannot find it anywhere.
    thanks

You don't have to do the adsense revenue sharing with their API.
I have been doing it since 2006 without their API.
To apply for their API, you need a lot of traffic, I don't remember how much, I could find it again but I won't because that's irrelevant since it is not required to do revenue sharing.

I use the old adsense code and simply switch the adsense publisher id in the html code.

But it is also possible to do it with new code, in that case you need to tell your members to create a new ad unit with a specific size and then in your code check that what they paste in their user account is indeed an adsense code and not some trick that they want to run on your site to hack it.

So it is very well possible and you don't need the API.
